Duplicate Content
Make an independent copy of an article, in the same space or in another one.

To reuse knowledge that already exists, you can duplicate an article. The copy is a new article, independent from the original.
How to duplicate an article

Open the article and click the three dots at the top.

Click "Duplicate".

Choose the space for the copy. The current space is selected by default.

Click "Duplicate".
The copy opens as a draft. Edit it if you need to, then publish it.
What is copied

The content and the settings of the article are copied, including the tags. You can add new tags to the copy.

The copy starts with a new comment thread, no likes and new statistics.

The activity log of the space shows where the article was duplicated. Only members of the new space see this entry.
