Bulk Actions

Bulk actions apply the same action to several articles at once. You can use them in a space, in search results and in your lists, such as your bookmarks.

1. Tick the box of each article you want to change. To select all the articles of the page, tick the box above the list.

2. A bar appears at the bottom of the page. Choose an action: "Add tags", "Remove tags", "Move", "Create article" or "Bookmark".

3. For more actions, click the three dots at the end of the bar: "Unbookmark", "Archive", "Add template", "Change owner", "Take ownership" or "Delete".
