Archive Article
Archive articles you no longer need, without deleting them.

An archived article no longer appears in search results, but it is not deleted. You can still find it with a filter, and you can restore it at any time.
Archive an article

Open the article and click the three dots at the top.

Click "Archive", then confirm.
The article now shows an "Archived" badge next to its title, and it can no longer be edited.
To archive several articles at once, select them in a space, click the three dots in the bar at the bottom of the page and choose "Archive". To learn more, read Bulk actions.
Find archived articles
In a space, click "Filters", then "Status", and tick "Archived".
Restore an archived article
Open the article, click the three dots at the top, then click "Restore" and confirm. The article is back in the search results and can be edited again.
