Is it possible to archive articles?
Yes. Archive the articles you no longer need, without deleting them.

Yes. Open the article, click the three dots at the top, then click "Archive".
An archived article shows an "Archived" badge and cannot be edited. To find archived articles, click the search bar at the top of the page and press Enter, then click "More filters", then "Status", and select "Archived".
