What public portal readers see
What external readers see in a public portal, and what stays hidden.

Readers open the address of your portal in any browser, without an account or password. They see:

the name of the space and the list of its sections, with the number of folders and articles in each, or "Empty";

a breadcrumb to move between sections and folders;

the title and full body of each article, including images and files.
The home page of the portal shows the search field, the name of the space and its sections:

Only content that you have filed in a section or folder is visible. The following are never shown:

articles at the root of the space;
-
drafts and archived articles;
