Search a public portal
How readers search a public portal without signing in, and what search covers.
Updated on 7 October 2026
Anyone who can open the public portal can search it without signing in.
- Type a few words in Search articles… at the top of the portal. Results appear as you type.
- Select a result to open the article in the same portal. You can also use the arrow keys to select a result and press Enter to open it. Press Escape to close the list.
The list shows up to eight results, ordered by relevance, with each article's title and its folder. Matching terms are highlighted in the title or a short body excerpt when available. Some matches, including words typed without accents, may appear without highlighting or an excerpt.
If you see No articles found, try fewer words or a different term. If the article you need is not among the eight results, make your query more specific.
Search covers only the titles and bodies of published articles visible in this portal. It excludes content from other spaces, drafts, archived or protected articles, and articles outside a section or folder.
Section names and descriptions are not searched. Neither is text inside attached files, such as PDFs or Word documents. There are no filters, advanced search criteria or sort options.
