Invite Contributors

Use "Invite contributors" to invite other members to edit an article. This feature is particularly useful when you are working on a draft that is not yet ready to be published, allowing for collaborative work without other people reacting to it prematurely.
It is a great alternative to commenting or mentioning someone's name, as those actions might create unnecessary notifications for other members.
What happens when you invite contributors?

The contributors will receive a notification informing them that they've been invited to contribute to an article.

Their name will be displayed at the top of the article next to the initial contributor's name.

You can only invite individuals who are members of the space and who possess at least contributor rights.

How to invite contributors?
There are two access points to this feature:
- You can add contributors in the article edit view.
2. Clicking on the Share button will open a dialog that allows you to add contributors.
