Broadcast by Email

Any article can be disseminated via email. The content of the article is included in an email sent to the selected recipients.
There are several options for sending:

to one or more identified users (note: they must have access to the article)

to all members of the space
-
to all members of a team
Broadcasting the Article via Email
To share the article, use the Share button:

Click on 'Broadcast by email'.

Enter the email addresses of the user(s), space(s), or team(s) you wish to message.

Optionally, include a message with the email.

Preview the email and send it.
Receiving a Broadcast via Email
Recipients of the email can either read the content directly in the email or click on 'Open' to be redirected to the platform.
