Broadcast by Email

Send the content of an article by email to users, spaces or teams.

Broadcasting sends the content of an article by email. The recipients can read the article directly in the email.

You can send it to:

  • one or more users who have access to the article,

  • all the members of a space,

  • all the members of a team.

Send an article by email

  1. Open the article and click "Share".

  2. Click "Broadcast by e-mail". The "Send article by e-mail" page opens.

  3. In "Search for users, spaces and teams", choose the recipients.

  4. Add a "Subject (optional)" and a "Message" if you want.

  5. Click "Preview" to see the email, then click "Send".

What the recipients receive

The email contains the title and the content of the article. When a recipient replies to the email, the reply is published on Elium as a new comment on the article.
