Promote on the Homepage
Pin an article at the top of the homepage for everyone.

Promote an article to pin it at the top of the homepage, in "Pinned content". It stays there until you remove it.
Promote an article on the homepage

Open the published article and click "Share".

Enable "Promote on homepage".
The article now appears in "Pinned content", at the top of the homepage.
To remove the article, open the "Share" window again and disable "Promote on homepage".
