What is the size of the thumbnail of an Article?

The best size for the thumbnail of an article is 610 × 352 pixels.

Add a thumbnail

1. Edit the article.

2. Click the "Settings" icon above the side panel to open the content settings.

3. Under "Thumbnail", click "Select a thumbnail" and choose an image.

4. Save the article.

Where the thumbnail appears

• In the content feed of the homepage and of each space, in the list and condensed views. The table view does not show images: if you see no thumbnails in your feed, check the view buttons at the top of the feed. Your choice applies to the homepage and to all spaces.

• In search results.

In the panels on the right of the homepage and in the table view, articles show an icon for their type of content instead of an image. This keeps the pages light.

If an article has no thumbnail, Elium uses the first file of the article.
