Configure Your Homepage

The new homepage interface offers various ways to enhance the user experience.
Look and feel
You can customise several aspects of your platform, including the main colour, platform name, header colour, logo, and more.
Welcome Box
The Welcome Box is a section on the homepage, located in the upper-right corner of the screen, that is instantly visible to users when they open the platform.
Promoted Articles
As an administrator, you have the ability to promote one or more articles at the top of the homepage. These promoted articles are displayed on a blue background and will remain at the top of the homepage until you manually remove them.
Promoted spaces (in development)
To further personalise your homepage, we will soon offer the option to promote spaces. Spaces can be promoted in two different ways:

Navigation
The navigation bar has been redesigned to accommodate favourite spaces as well as promoted spaces. The system administrator can choose to promote a space in the navigation bar, which will then be displayed directly under the main navigation for all users.

Card
A space can also be configured to appear more prominently on the homepage and in the page that groups all the spaces of the platform.
This larger representation allows for the display of a larger image, a description, and the last three articles published in this space.
The goal is to draw the user's attention to this space and to convey its importance compared to others.
This is particularly relevant for public spaces where content needs to be distributed as widely as possible.
Favourite spaces (in development)
In this case, it is the end user who has control. They can choose to add one or more spaces to their favourites.
When a space is marked as a favourite, it will be placed in the user's navigation bar, just below the promoted spaces, if any exist.

Smart feeds (in development)
Finally, it is now possible to define smart feeds that are displayed on the right side of the homepage.
Smart feeds allow you to create dynamic content lists. These lists can be configured using various parameters to display the desired articles.
For instance, you can display all articles of a certain template or those containing specific tags, ordered by publication date or last update date.
The homepage can contain multiple smart feeds stacked on top of each other.
Additionally, it is possible to restrict the display of smart feeds to specific teams only. This way, the homepage can be customised to show specific content based on the teams.
