Setup the Welcome Box

The welcome box is on the homepage, in the top right corner. Users see it as soon as they open the platform.

System administrators can write a welcome message there for new and existing users. It helps new users get started, and it gives everyone quick access to key information. The message can include:

• A description of the purpose of the platform

• The key contacts who manage the platform

• Links to sections of the platform

Edit the welcome message

1. On the homepage, move your mouse over the welcome box.

2. Click "edit".

3. Write your message, then click "Save".

The editor has formatting options: headings, quotes, callouts, lists, colours and alignment. With the "+" button, you can also insert an article, a space or a user.

You can write the message in each language of the platform. Each language has its own tab. Users see the message in the language they chose for the platform.
