Configure the App Launcher

Give people shortcuts to their web applications from the app launcher.

People use many tools every day. The app launcher gives them shortcuts to these web applications, from the grid icon at the top right of Elium.

Create a shortcut

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click "Settings".

  2. In the menu on the left, open "Advanced" and click "App launchers".

  3. Click "Create an app launcher".

  4. Write the name of the application in each language and its "Link".

  5. Under "Icon", click "Browse" and choose an image of 100 × 100 pixels.

  6. Under "Available to", choose "Everyone", or "Specific Teams" and select the teams.

  7. Click "Create".

The App launchers page lists the shortcuts with their link, their icon and their teams. Use the three dots of a shortcut to edit or delete it.
