How to Send an Invitation to All Pending Users?
In the Members settings, use Actions, then Send invitations to all non-registered users.

Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click "Settings".

In the menu on the left, open "General" and click "Members".

Click "Actions", then "Send invitations to all non-registered users".

Write the message to add to the invitation email, and send it.
Non-registered users are the users with the status "Pending".
