Yes, you can access drafts created by other users only if they have been saved in a space to which you have access. If the user has saved the draft in their private personal content, you will not be able to access it.

1. When conducting a search, you can filter by 'states' and select draft.

2. Users can grant you access to a specific article.

3. They can invite you to contribute to a draft (or a published article).
