Yes, when the draft is saved in a space where you are a contributor. A draft saved in "Personal Content" is private: only its author can see it.
To find the drafts that you can open:

Click the search bar at the top of the page and press Enter. The search page opens.

Click "More filters", then "Status".

Select "Draft".
A draft also appears in "My Contents", in the "Drafts" tab, when its author invites you to contribute. To learn more, read Use drafts and Invite contributors.
