Conduct a report on your operating sites or offices. A few short videos, some photos, or testimonials from employees in the field can truly enhance the platform and encourage the development of users who manage your core business on a daily basis.

Create a portrait of your employees, featuring one biography each week. Highlight their expertise and contributions.

Prepare workshops to engage users in decision-making (platform name, objectives, roles, etc.). Throughout the project, feel free to organise feedback sessions to demonstrate your commitment to users and keep the platform evolving.

Organise a photo shoot to collect profile pictures and discuss your project.
