Export users data
Understand the columns in the user CSV export, including account details, names, profile fields, activity dates and teams.

To download the file:

Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click "Settings".

In the menu on the left, open "General" and click "Members".

Click "Actions", then "Download users list".
The user export contains account details, selected profile fields and activity dates in a comma-separated values (CSV) file. The columns appear in this order:
| Information | What it contains |

| ID | The user's numeric account ID. |
| Status | The account status. An enabled account that has not registered appears as pending. |
| System role | The user's role on the platform. |
| Login | The username used to sign in. This is separate from the name fields and primary email. |
| First name | The first name recorded on the account. |
| Last name | The last name recorded on the account. |
| Full name | First name and last name combined in one cell. If both are missing, Elium uses the primary email, then the login if no primary email is available. |
| Primary email | The first email address recorded on the account. |
| Additional profile fields | The fields included in exports by your platform's profile configuration. Their number, labels and order depend on that configuration. |
| Created | The account creation date and time. |
| Registered | The account registration date and time. |
| Last visit | The latest recorded presence after registration. |
| Failed login | The date and time of the last recorded failed login attempt. |
| Language | The account's interface language code. |
| Teams | The names of the user's teams, separated by commas. |
