Adding Users
Updated on 7 April 2025
There are three ways to create user accounts in Elium:
-
Manual creation (one user or several users simultaneously)
-
Just-in-time creation (at authentication)
-
Creation and management through automatic synchronization (SCIM protocol)

-
Define a language for the user's interface and content language, or allow the system to determine it automatically.

Or paste a list of email addresses (one per line).
-
Generate the invitation immediately or choose to send it later.
-
Define a language for the user's interface and content language, or allow the system to determine it automatically.
-
Define the user's system role.

Specify the spaces to which the user should be affiliated.

Just-in-Time Creation
In this method, users are created on the fly as they connect to the platform, provided they meet a series of settings linked with your SSO.
Creation and management through automatic synchronization (SCIM protocol)
In this scenario, access management is fully synchronized: user accounts are created automatically, profile details (such as position) are updated automatically, and when a user leaves the organisation, their account is automatically deactivated.
