Can We Download the List of Tags?
Yes. Download the tag list from the Tags page, and tag statistics from the Categories page.

Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click "Settings".

In the menu on the left, open "General" and click "Tags".

Click "Actions", then "Download tag listing".
To download statistics about your tags, open "Categories" instead, click "Actions", then "Download tag statistics".
