After How Many Failed Login Attempts Is a User Account Blocked?
After five failed attempts, the account is blocked for 10 minutes. Each new try while it is blocked adds 10 minutes. Elium can change the limit for you.
By default, the number of attempts is limited to 5. It is possible to modify this limit by contacting the Elium team. After 5 attempts, the user is blocked for a period of 10 minutes. Following this waiting period, the user can attempt to log in again. If the user tries to log in again before the 10 minutes have elapsed, the block time will be extended by an additional 10 minutes.
