🔒 Permissions

All users can create an alert.

💡 Notes

Personal Alerts allow you to stay up to date on new articles that match the search criteria you specify. You will receive them by email or RSS feed. By definition, only you will receive them.

For your personal alert, you can consider not only the text search but also other selection criteria such as:

  • tags

  • content owner

  • templates

  • date

  • states (draft, published, archived)

In the settings, you can decide the frequency and time at which you receive the alert:

  • one or more day(s) a week

  • monthly

  • at the desired time

How to create an alert?

Alerts are programmed from a search:

#1 Define the search criteria that interest you: tags, search terms, filters on spaces, users, or templates.

#2 Click on the three dots icon and then "Create an alert".

#3 Give it a title, a description, and then choose the frequency.

💡 Notes

Alerts work for searches across the entire platform as well as within a specific space.

From your settings, you can change the frequency and name of the alert or delete it.

💡 Notes

If you are familiar with RSS feeds, you can also generate a feed based on the filters you define. These RSS feeds can be utilized in third-party applications such as Feedly or IFTTT.

A token included in RSS feeds is associated with the user. This token can be reset in their settings at any time, which will disable feeds that have already been generated and used in these third-party applications.
