Close and Delete Spaces

An administrator has the ability to manage spaces from the platform settings:

1. to close an Article

2. to delete an Article

Closing an article

When an Article is closed, the following occurs:

• The Article will no longer be available for contributions, meaning users cannot post in this Article anymore.

• Access to the Article will be revoked, even for users who were previously members (it will disappear from their navigation).

• Members will still have access to the Articles in search results, even after the Article is closed.

Deleting an article

The result of deleting an Article is:

• The Article will completely disappear from the platform. To carry out this action, all content must be cleared from the Article beforehand.
