Close and Delete Spaces

When a space is no longer useful, you can close it or delete it.

Close a space

When you close a space:

• Nobody can publish in it anymore.

• It disappears from the navigation, also for its members.

• Its articles still appear in the search results.

You can open a closed space again at any time, without losing any content.

To close a space:

1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click "Settings".

2. In the menu on the left, open "General" and click "Spaces".

3. Click the three dots at the end of the space's row, then click "Close".

4. In the "Close Space" window, click "Close".

Delete a space

When you delete a space, it disappears from the platform with all its content.

To delete a space, use one of these ways:

• In the settings of the platform, open "General" > "Spaces", click the three dots at the end of the space's row, then click "Delete".

• In the settings of the space, open the "General" tab and click "Delete Space" at the bottom of the page.

Confirm in the "Delete Space" window. You cannot undo this action.
