Check for Duplicates
Find files that are duplicated across your platform.

A good practice is to avoid duplicate files in your knowledge base. Elium shows you all the files that appear more than once on your platform.

Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then click "Settings".

In the menu on the left, open "Content management" and click "Duplicated Contents".
The "Duplicated Files" page shows each duplicated file, with the list of articles that contain it and their space. Click the title of an article to open it and see the context.
What should you do next?
If the duplicates are intentional, you do not need to do anything. If they are a mistake, you can merge the articles, archive one of them, or link them together. Choose the best solution for each case.
