Elium is the data processor, as the GDPR defines it, for the services it provides. The customer is the data controller for the data sent to Elium.
When end-users send data to their own Elium platform, Elium acts as the data processor, as defined by the GDPR, for the purposes of the services provided; the Customer is the data controller.
