Does Elium Keep Customer Information After Termination?
At termination, Elium deletes your data on request or under its data retention policy. You can export it first: JSON data and an archive of attached files.
Elium allows customers to export their raw data at any time: the export contains JSON data and an archive of all attached files. This operation can be executed with a written request to Elium Customer Success. Additionally, customer data can be deleted upon request at termination or will be deleted in accordance with Elium’s internal data retention policies.
