Can We Delegate the Management of Tag Categories to a Coordinator?

Yes. System coordinators can manage the categories of tags, with the same rights as system administrators. They can create, edit, reorder, translate and delete categories, and manage the tags in them.

Space coordinators cannot manage categories.
