As a system administrator, you can restrict the creation of tags in two ways:
1. Lock Tag Categories to prevent the proliferation of tags within these categories.
2. Restrict the Creation of Orphan Tags by changing the minimum role. This allows you to control which user roles have the right to create tags. To do this, navigate to your platform's settings. Click on the "Tags" tab and select "Edit Hashtag Settings." You will then have the option to define the minimum role that is permitted to create orphan tags.
