Why would you need it ?
Your platform might contain a lot of sensitive data about your company. If someone steals your password, they gain access to all those precious information.
It's easier than you think for someone to steal your password. If you are using the same password on more than one website, downloading software from the Internet, or clicking on links in email, your password might be stolen.
How it works ?
You need to have an application installed on your phone or another device that will generate a temporary code.
You can use Google Authenticator on android or iOS. Make sure your device has the time synchronized with the network.
Once set up, and you'll have to sign in, we will ask you your password and a special code generated by your phone. Even if someone gets your password, they won't be able to sign in to your account and steal all your sensitive company data.
