🔒 Permissions
Only system administrators are capable of creating a space. Users can request the creation of a new space.
Go to the administration interface and go to the space tab.
Click on "Create a space"
Name it and define its properties, including the possible group to which it belongs, as well as its type : public, moderate, private or secret.
Don't forget to consult the section Managing spaces to learn more about the different properties of spaces, the different types, the settings, etc.
Setting up the structure is a very important step in creating your platform! Consult our lesson "The spaces" where you will find the criteria for defining a good space, some examples of structure and the right questions to ask yourself beforehand.
