Featuring an article is a right reserved for administrators of the space and system administrators.
To feature an article in a space, use the Share modal available at the top of the article and select "Feature in space". At any time, you can remove the featured article by following the same procedure and deactivating the option. See more details here.
When an article is featured, it stays at the top of the Activity Feed of the space.
