Featuring a content is a right reserved for administrators for the space and system administrators.

To feature a content in a space, use the Share modal available at the top of the Story and select "Feature in space". At any time, you can remove the featured content by following the same procedure and deactivate the option. See more details here.

When a content is featured, it stays at the top of the Activity Feed of the space.
