Administrators cannot be members by default of all spaces for confidentiality reasons. Secret spaces are not visible, even to administrators.
It is nevertheless possible for administrators to affiliate or access any content on the platform but they will not see the content of secret spaces of which they are not members in their activity feed or activity digest.
