What if I have created a user with two different IDs?

When a duplicate user has been created on the platform, the new account must be deleted and the original one corrected. It is crucial to retain the original account, as it is linked to existing contributions and access to various spaces. To resolve this issue, follow the three steps outlined below:

  1. First, you must deactivate the new account (duplicate):

  2. Next, you can permanently delete it.

  3. Finally, correct the login information for the original account by updating the email address.
