🔒 Permissions
Only platform administrators can export article metadata. By default, the export is limited to 3,000 articles to prevent latency issues and database overload.

Elium provides a robust Analytics section, featuring various pre-defined reports on how knowledge is shared, disseminated, and consumed.
The export does not include the actual content of each article.
For organizations interested in conducting advanced analyses on specific terms and topics, metadata export within the platform is available. This action can be performed easily through the Full Search section.
The export process is simple and can be completed in 4 easy steps:
Use the Search bar to initiate a search for the topic from which you wish to download the metadata.
Press Enter to start the Advanced Search.
Click the
...button.
Then select
CSV export
The download will automatically begin in the form of a .csv file.
Good to know:
The content is exported to a .csv file and includes article titles, associated tags, author names, publication dates, all template elements, and other similar article attributes.
For each search, you can export up to 3,000 articles.
The export does not include the body of each article.
Only published articles are exported.
