Export Article Metadata

Only platform administrators can export article metadata. By default, the export is limited to 3,000 articles to prevent latency issues and database overload.

Elium provides a robust Analytics section, featuring various pre-defined reports on how knowledge is shared, disseminated, and consumed.
​

The export does not include the actual content of each article.
​


For organizations interested in conducting advanced analyses on specific terms and topics, metadata export within the platform is available. This action can be performed easily through the Full Search section.
​

The export process is simple and can be completed in 4 easy steps:

  1. Use the Search bar to initiate a search for the topic from which you wish to download the metadata.
    ​

  2. Press Enter to start the Advanced Search.
    ​

  3. Click the ... button.
    ​

  4. Then select CSV export
    ​
    ​

The download will automatically begin in the form of a .csv file.
​

Good to know:
​

  1. The content is exported to a .csv file and includes article titles, associated tags, author names, publication dates, all template elements, and other similar article attributes.
    ​

  2. For each search, you can export up to 3,000 articles.
    ​

  3. The export does not include the body of each article.
    ​

  4. Only published articles are exported.
    ​
