Any content on the platform must be posted in a space. A space is therefore a place of storage for contents. Moreover, it is through the spaces that you define the access rights of contents.
Types of space
There are four types of space in Elium.
Public space
Visibility of the space |
The space can be seen from Overview, a group of spaces or through searching. |
Visibility of content |
Contents posted there are public. In other words, contents are accessible to all users via a search. Moreover, they also appear in the activity feed of the members of a space. |
Navigating in the space |
All users can navigate in the space (access to various tabs). |
Affiliating to the space |
All users of the platform can go to and leave this space. |
📝 Notes
System Guests do not see public spaces of which they are not members.
System Guests who leave a public space see the space disappear from their interface.
