🔒 Permissions
Sharing articles externally is limited to administrators and space coordinators. They can see active links and disable them from the admin panel in the Security tab.
An article can be shared with users outside of Elium by generating a publicly available web link. This link is created with just a tap of a button and allows anyone to read the content of the article. This feature is especially useful when you need to share knowledge with external users, such as partners, agencies, external consultants, or staff.

Accessing an Article Shared on the Web - Reading the Content
Recipients of the link will be able to open it in any browser and access all elements of the shared article, including embedded files and multi-language content. However, they will not be able to access any other content on the platform, except for the shared article. Additionally, reactions and comments on the article will not be visible to people outside the platform to protect user privacy.
